Road Upgrades Completed in Iloilo Province

Road improvement works undertaken by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) now ensure safer and more convenient travel for motorists in the municipalities of Leon and Pavia, Iloilo Province.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has implemented preventive road maintenance measures to improve movement of goods and services for motorists in the municipality of Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay.

In her report to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan and Undersecretary for Mindanao Operations Eugenio R. Pipo, Jr., DPWH Region 9 Director Cayamombao Dia said that the project involved the asphalt overlay of a 2.9-lane kilometer road portion along Barangay La Victoria.
